Gadget Ninja Refunds

At WebCable Media Private Limited, the parent company of Gadget Ninja, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service. However, in order to maintain our standards and ensure the smooth functioning of our business, we have implemented the following refund policy:

  1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases made through Gadget Ninja. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.

  2. Replacements Only: In the event that a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we offer free replacements within one year of the original purchase date. This replacement will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

  3. Exception: The only circumstance under which a refund may be considered is if the requested product is out of stock and cannot be replaced within a reasonable time frame. In such cases, a refund will be processed for the full amount of the purchase.

  4. Stock Availability: Our ability to provide replacements is contingent upon the availability of stock. If a product is out of stock at the time of the request, we will make every effort to fulfill the replacement as soon as possible. However, if stock is not available within a reasonable time frame, a refund will be issued.

  5. Warranty: Replacements are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and ensures that customers receive a functioning product free from defects.

By making a purchase through Gadget Ninja, customers agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy. Any requests for refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with these guidelines.
