Refund Terms | Details |

Eligibility | Refunds are available for items that can be returned in their original condition and have not been used. Items intended for one-time use are not eligible. |
Time Frame | Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the date of delivery. |
Return Shipping | Return shipping, including arranging a return pickup, is handled by us. If pickup is not available in your city, you may need to ship the item yourself, but we will reimburse the shipping cost. |
Refund Processing | Refunds are processed via UPI or IMPS. For UPI, provide your PhonePe or Google Pay number. For IMPS, provide your bank account number and IFSC code. Refunds are typically completed within 7 working days, but can be processed in as little as 2 days if the pickup is promptly done. Refunds are issued only after the product has been successfully picked up from the customer. |
Non-Refundable Items | Items not eligible for refunds include broken items, used products, damaged goods, consumables, liquid products, and any other items that cannot be returned in their original condition or have compromised quality. |
Restocking Fees | No restocking fees are charged for returns. |
Exchanges | Exchanges are allowed if the product is not functioning, was sent incorrectly by us, is missing, was stolen during transit, is defective, or was damaged during delivery. |
Required Documentation | To initiate a refund or exchange, provide the invoice, order ID, and phone number. |
Compensation for Damages | Compensation or reimbursement for items damaged during delivery is considered on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer gifts or monetary compensation. |
International Policies | Currently, we do not offer international shipping, so our refund and exchange policies apply only to domestic customers. |
Special Conditions | There are no special conditions or exceptions for certain types of products or promotions. |
Additional Instructions | When requesting a refund or exchange, simply share your order ID. No further explanation is necessary. |
