Scope This Refund Policy applies only to orders placed on our official Shopify store (www.gadgetninja.in). For Amazon/Flipkart/other marketplaces, their refund rules apply.
When Refunds Are Issued
  • Cancellation before shipping: Full refund.
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us: Product unavailable/out of stock after order — full refund.
  • Wrong/defective/damaged/incorrect item: Refund only after return is approved and product inspection is completed (see “Proof & Inspection”).
Not Eligible for Refunds Cases such as “ordered by mistake”, “child ordered”, “accepted COD by mistake”, “changed mind”, “found cheaper elsewhere”, courier delays not caused by us, or “not as expected” when matching site description/images/specs are not refundable. Such requests are rejected or handled only under the separate Return Policy eligibility rules.
Proof & Inspection (for Return-based Refunds) Clear, dated photo/video evidence must be submitted and the item must be received and inspected by us. If inspection confirms no defect/issue or a false claim, the refund is denied and the product is not returned to the customer.
Refund Amount We refund the exact amount paid for approved cases (including original shipping/COD charges). We reserve the right to deduct shipping/handling in certain circumstances (e.g., customer-induced issues or policy violations).
Refund Methods
  • Prepaid orders: Credited to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI / Google Pay / bank transfer only (no cash refunds).
Processing Timelines
  • Approval point: For cancellations before shipping — immediate approval; for returns — after inspection.
  • Payout: Within 7 working days from approval.
  • Bank/PG timelines: Posting to your account is subject to bank/payment-gateway processing times, which are outside our control.

Abuse Prevention We may refuse refunds and blacklist customers for repeated false claims, misuse, or fraud, at our sole discretion.
Policy Updates This Refund Policy may be amended anytime without prior notice. The latest version posted on www.gadgetninja.in is effective immediately and applies nationwide to all Shopify store transactions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction Governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, irrespective of customer location within India.
